Thursday
  - Most groups arrive on this day
  - You're always welcome to arrive earlier to enjoy the area and activities on your own and at extra cost arranged by you. www.adventuresonthegorge.com
  - Our annual Meet & Greet group dinner is typically at Pies & Pints in Fayetteville, WV and usually with the July New River Trip.  (additional cost on your own)

Friday
  - The rest of the groups arrives on this day.  
  - Morning Zip Lining (optional/additional cost/in package)  
  - Some individuals decide to go on their own excursions (Hiking, Horseback Riding, Paintball)    www.adventuresonthegorge.com/adventures
  - Our Group Dinner is usually at Firecreek BBQ & Steaks for the New River Trip & Gauley Trip    (see pricing page for details)  
  - 1800 hrs (6pm) Dinner Time.

Saturday
  - Breakfast Buffet at Smokies at 0700 hrs (7am) and is provided by the rafting company for  rafters (on your own cost if not rafting)
  - We gather for the bus trip to the river at 0830 hrs (8:30am) at the Rendezvous Lounge. The      Rafting trip generally lasts 4-6 hours
  - Lunch is on the river and provided by rafting company 
  - Dinner is at Smokies 1800 hrs (6pm) and is included with rafting cost  

Sunday
  - Most everyone pack up in the morning and heads home
